Tôi có đăng ký thi thực hành tại đây vào ngày 23/1/2024 tới nhưng do tôi không nhận được thư xác nhận , vì email tôi bị lỗi , tôi đã tìm cách liên lạc với trung tâm qua điện thoại nhưng không ai nghe máy , qua tin nhắn này tôi rất mong các Anh Chị nào biết liên lạc với Trung tâm như thế nào được vui lòng chỉ cho mình với , hiện nay mình có việc nên đang ở việt nam .

Very pleasant lady that checked me in, guided me through the process and provided me with a manual. I decided to just get an ID as I wasn’t prepared for the written test yet. I was seen quickly and went to booth number 1. Older woman - not very friendly but that doesn’t bother me. What bothered me is how I was rushed to take a photo. I asked if I could retake it because she gave me less than 2 seconds before announcing its picture time and snapping the photo. She said “you look fine!”, “when you walk through those doors be prepared to take a photo”. I told her I have never walked through those doors. I’m from the UK and don’t know how this all works. I had filled an application online before coming and selected which evidence I’m bringing to show the customer service centre. She told me I needed to have an i797 AND i485. I told her I didn’t see that on the website and she kept repeating herself getting more and more rude and loud. I said, ok I’ll go home and get the i797 but the i485 is a document you submit to USCIS so I don’t just have a copy lying around. She said “yeah well you need to bring both”. I came back with just the i797 (which stated it’s the RECEIPT of the i485) and she said nothing. Later her manager comes and said I’m category c09 and didn’t need it. So I wasted gas and my breath explaining to this woman. She didn’t even apologise of course. Customer service in the States is usually wayyyyy better than the UK but I left shocked and disgusted. My picture was so unprepared - as I was leaving that woman said “Well I told you to smile!!!” - my and my husband stared at her with confused faces because she never told me to smile...or I would have. If she was pleasant and my picture came out crazy then I wouldn’t be writing this but her attitude stunk. When I go back for my written, I don’t want any interacting with her, she’s just awful.

Staff is extremely efficient and polite as well as helpful. You get in and out quickly. The gentleman who greets you at the front door is exceptionally well mannered and his human relations with others cannot be compared. He corresponds excellently with everyone, if you have a problem he gets right on it to make your visit comfortable. This place is a class act. Even the staff that work to get your paperwork done is quick and helpful and efficient. I give this place a thumbs up and rate it well above a 100.
